Q. What is your refund/exchange policy?
A. No refunds or Exchanges are permissible due to the personal nature of the products. If there is an issue with your order, or an error on Bombshell Beauty side, we will be sure to correct it for you. Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied.


Q. My order says it is in transit. Where is it?
A. Once your packages have been shipped out, it is no longer in our possession. Please direct tracking questions to the delivery provider who is in possession of your package. We see the same tracking information that our customers see.


Q. I received my order and my box was damaged what do I do?
A. All priority packages come with insurance. You can file a claim to get your money back. Bombshell Beauty cannot be responsible for the condition of packages while in route. We do our best to make sure your package is secure before it leaves us. Here is the direct link to file a claim if ever your package is damaged or lost.

Q. My order says it’s being returned to you what does that mean/what do I do?
A. If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will refund the item. Shipping cannot be refunded as shipping has already been paid for when we print out the label. This includes if you provide incorrect address information or you were not home to receive the package.


Q. Do you offer samples?
A. Bombshell Beauty signature 25mm collection is a great way to see if you like the quality of the lashes. There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) so you can purchase 1 or as many of the many styles we offer. If you are satisfied, our wholesale collection will be a great way for you to buy in bulk.

A. As needed


Q. What days do you ship out orders?
A. Shipping depends on the number of orders we have. Typically, its daily.

If you have received your tracking number and have shipping questions, Please contact USPS. Bombshell Beauty sees exactly what you see as far tracking so they are the experts for assistance.


Q. Who do you ship with?
A. The Post Office, USPS.


Q. Why is the shipping cost high?
A. The rates for wholesale items are the USPS rates. We don’t create the shipping rates, USPS does and it is based on the weight of your package, and location


Q. How long is shipping?
A. If it is a first class package, 2-3 days. If it is a priority package, 2 days. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME. ORDERS ARE NOT SHIPPED OUT ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. It also depends on the Post Office. 

Q. Do you ship outside of the US?
A. Yes we ship everywhere!


Q. Where are you located?
A.  Atlanta, Georgia


Q. Do you do meet ups/ pickups?
A. Primarily, everything is done online. If you live in the Atlanta area, some exceptions are made.


Q. Are you looking for promoters or brand ambassador?
A. Yes! If you purchase lashes or any of our products, Bombshell Beauty encourages you to send your pictures to be featured on our social medias.


Q. How much does it cost to make you my vendor?
A. To use Bombshell Beauty as your lash vendor, you would order from our site like any other site! As a U.S vendor you cut shipping time in half compared to other vendors outside of the U.S, and great quality is promised.

Q. I ordered lashes, and some are not the same why is that?
A. All our lashes are handmade. They will not look 100 % identical.
